Normal summer weather on Monday for two days

Ammon News - Temperatures across Jordan on Monday will keep us under clear skies and seasonal conditions. While mornings are cool and breezy, mid-afternoon temperatures will reach seasonal ranges. Expect a northwesterly breeze with occasional strong gusts.

In contrast, the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience significantly hotter weather. Residents and visitors are advised to stay hydrated and take precautions during the hottest parts of the day, particularly in these regions.

In Amman, temperatures will range from 34 C to 22 C in the eastern parts and from 32 C to 20 C in the western areas. The northern highlands will see temperatures between 29 C and 19 C, while the Shara highlands will experience a range of 30 C to 20 C. The Badia areas will be significantly warmer, with temperatures from 38 C to 23 C. In the plains, temperatures will be between 34 C and 22 C.

The northern Jordan Valley will experience very hot weather, with temperatures reaching up to 41 C during the day and dropping to 27 C at night. The southern Jordan Valley will be even hotter, with a range from 43 C to 30 C. The Dead Sea area will also be hot, with temperatures between 42 C and 28 C, while Aqaba will see similar conditions with a range of 42 C to 29 C.

The Jordan Meteorological Department's report indicates that Tuesday will see continued normal summer conditions in the highlands and plains, and hot weather in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with a northwesterly breeze prevailing and occasionally becoming stronger.

After the middle of the week, a noticeable increase in temperatures will occur, resulting in hotter conditions. Although, a breezy wind with occasional strong gusts might offer some respite from the heat. Petra
