Ammon News - The Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army (JAF) carried out on Monday three humanitarian aid airdrops, targeting a number of sites in the southern Gaza Strip.
Two aircraft belonging to the Royal Jordanian Air Force and one aircraft belonging to the Arab Republic of Egypt participated in the landing operation.
This operation comes within the framework of the ongoing international efforts undertaken by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to alleviate the severe human suffering caused by the continuation of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.
The JAF confirmed that they are continuing to send humanitarian and medical aid via an air bridge to be delivered via aid planes from Marka Airport towards El-Arish International Airport, or through airdrops on the Gaza Strip or ground aid convoys.
The number of airdrops carried out by Jordan, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, rose to 117 Jordanian airdrops, and 266 airdrops in cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries.
