Ammon News - The U.S actress Selma Blair has left fans baffled at Paris Fashion Week.

The Legally Blonde actress attended the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall 2024 show at Paris Fashion Week on Monday. She turned heads in a stunning cream suit ensemble, but sparked conversation over her more questionable fashion accessory.

First debuted by designer Schiaparelli earlier in March, models would wear a striking necktie with their fitted suits, and it's thought to be made from real hair. Selma sported the braided addition this week, with fans less than impressed on X, formally Twitter.

"The hair tie is a hard fashion DON'T," penned one person. While someone else joked her appearance was "hair raising". They commented: "Instead of a regular necktie, Selma Blair wore a blonde hair braid with her beige pantsuit," adding: "Selma Blair's look in a pantsuit at Paris Fashion Week turned out to be a hair-raising one indeed."

The necktie "paid homage to the surrealist element of hair inspired by Pippa Garner, Mimi Parent, and by Meret Oppenheim’s iconic fur bracelet for Elsa Schiaparelli", the designer explained earlier this year, with comments flooding in over on Reddit.
