Ammon News - The Israeli occupation forces Monday began carrying out demolition operations in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Deputy Mayor of Anata, Mohammad Hussein, told WAFA that the occupation forces demolished a house with an area of ​​140 square metres, owned by Mohammad Ahmed Hilweh, a local resident.

He added that the occupation forces demolished agricultural facilities, including shacks used for raising livestock and beehives, and bulldozed a park owned by al-Fahidat family.

It is noteworthy that the Jerusalem Governorate monitored 30 demolition and bulldozing operations during May, including nine forced self-demolition operations, and 20 demolition operations carried out by the Israeli authorities, as well as a razing operation.
