Ammon News - Dr. Zaid Al-Nawaisa, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Government Communications, confirmed that Jordan is continuing its efforts to mobilize an international position that pushes for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and to facilitate the entry of more food and humanitarian aid into the Strip.

During the Government Communication Forum on Tuesday, Al-Nawaisa said that the Jordan Armed Forces- the Arab Army, continues to carry out airdrops over the Gaza Strip in cooperation with many countries.

Jordan is also continuing to bring aid and send convoys overland through the Jordan Hashemite Charitable Organization (JHCO) to the Gaza Strip, Al-Nawaisa added.
