Jordan witnesses decline in tourists by 8.8% in first third of 2024

Ammon News - The number of tourists coming to Jordan declined during the first third of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 by 8.8%, according to figures from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

The figures showed that the number of tourists coming to the Kingdom during the first third of 2024 reached 1.785 million tourists.

The number of tourists increased by 9.3% compared to the same period in 2019, and the number of tourists targeted by the Ministry of Tourism increased by 5.2%, the figures indicated.
