Ammon News - The government’s fuel pricing committee Tuesday decided to raise the price of diesel by (5) fils/liter, raise the price of 90-octane gasoline by (20) fils/liter, and raise the price of 95-octane gasoline by (25) fils/liter.
This decision came in the committee's monthly meeting to determine the selling prices of petroleum derivatives locally for the period from (next May 1-31), and it reviewed the international prices of crude oil and petroleum derivatives during April and compared them to March.
Accordingly, the committee also decided to raise the price of diesel to (735) fils/liter instead of (730) fils/liter, and raise the selling price of 90-octane gasoline to (960) fils/liter instead of (940) fils/liter, and the selling price of 95-octane gasoline was raised to (1200) fils/liter instead of (1175) fils/liter.
It also decided to set the price of kerosene for next May at 620 fils/liter, and to keep the price of gas cylinders (12.5 kg) at JD7.
