Damascus informs Amman of 'Arab Free Trade Agreement in Goods' extension for additional year

Ammon News - The Syrian Embassy in Amman addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs regarding the approval of a one-year extension of the exemptions granted, in accordance with the Arab Free Trade Agreement in Goods.

The embassy said, in its letter, a copy of which was received by Ammon, that the extension is for goods supplied to Syria, whose source and origin are Arab, and transit imports through neighboring countries.

It also pointed out that it was assigned to a Syrian importer due to sanctions.
