It is a conflict between Iran and the rogue Israeli regime, from which the U.S. MUST STAY AWAY!" This action was in the exercise of Iran’s inherent right to self-defense as outlined in Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, and in response to the Israeli recurring military aggressions, the mission added.

Ammon News - Iran's mission to the United Nations said on Sunday that Iran's military action came in response to the Israeli aggression against its diplomatic headquarters in Damascus.

"The matter can be deemed concluded," it said in a statement. "However, should the Israeli regime make another mistake, Iran’s response will be considerably more severe. It is a conflict between Iran and the rogue Israeli regime, from which the U.S. MUST STAY AWAY!"
