Ammon News - In a devastating series of Israeli airstrikes last night, numerous civilians, including children and women, were killed in various areas in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.

The sources reported the killing of at least 14 civilians and the injury of many others after Israeli airstrikes targeted residential homes in the areas of Musabeh, Khirbat al-Adas, and al-Janena neighborhood in the city of Rafah.

Simultaneously, Israeli warplanes bombed a house west of the Nusseirat refugee camp, the central Gaza Strip, belonging to the Hajj family, resulting in the murder of several civilians and injuries to others.

Witnesses stated that local citizens and rescue teams recovered the bodies of the victims and the wounded, transporting them to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah.

Additionally, Israeli artillery continued to shell areas east of the Jabalia refugee camp in the north of the besieged territory.

According to medical sources, the Palestinian death toll since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7th of last year has risen to 31,726, the majority of whom are children and women.
