The Minister also emphasized the text of Article (15/A), which stipulates that "spending shall be made from the allocations allocated to government units based on public and/or private financial orders."

Ammon News - Minister of Finance, Mohammad Issis, issued Financial Order No. (3) of 2024 for ministries, departments and government units.
