Jordan's tourism income records $1.1 billion in two months

Ammon News - Jordan's tourism income increased during the past two months, by 4.5% compared to the same period in 2023, to record a value of $1.1 billion.

The latest data issued by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) indicated that tourism income during February 2024 achieved a growth of 8.9%, compared to the same month in 2023, to reach JD389.7 million ($549.6 million).

During January and February, tourism income increased by 4.5%, recording a value of JD782.6 million ($1.1 billion).
