Ammon News - Media Spokesperson for Ministry of Labor, Mohammad Zyoud, said that the number of collective labor contracts that were signed through the ministry since the beginning of 2024 reached 8 in the food industries, hotels, cement industry, and communications sectors.

The Ministry has dealt with 10 labor disputes since the beginning of 2024, including 7 disputes, Zyoud noted.

The number of collective labor contracts signed through the Ministry in 2023 for a number of sectors reached 46 contracts, Zyoud pointed out, indicating that the most prominent sectors that signed these contracts were water, agriculture, and food industries, in addition to textiles, mining, and cement.
