Ammon News - Gaza's government Media Office denied Saturday claims of the Rafah border crossing with Egypt being closed.
This came in a brief statement hours after the Palestinian Red Crescent Society issued a statement in which it said: Israel informed it that it would prevent the entry of aid trucks from the Egyptian side into the Gaza Strip, through the Rafah land crossing, starting from Friday until further notice.
“The Rafah crossing is working normally on Saturday,” Gaza's government Media Office said in a statement.
The office said that the aid arriving does not meet 1% of the large and enormous need of the population of the Strip, which has been exposed to an Israeli war since October 7.
