3 Palestinians killed, 6 injured by Israeli occupation forces east Jerusalem

Ammon News - Three young Palestinians were killed and six others were injured, incljuding two seriously, by Israeli occupation forces this morning in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem, according to local sources and witnesses.

Eyewitnesses reported that a large contingent of the Israeli occupation army stormed Abu Dis and laid siege to a house, sparking confrontations in the area. The situation escalated when the Israeli occupation forces deployed a bulldozer and began demolishing parts of the besieged house.

The Israeli occupation forces then fired a missile at the building, murdering a young Palestinian man who was trapped inside.

A video footage circulating on the social media showed Israeli soldiers carrying the body of the murdered youth, who had been killed by Israeli bombardment inside the besieged home, using the same bulldozer that had previously demolished portions of the house.

The murdered youth has been identified as Nabil Halabia, 20, a Palestinian in the late twenties of age. His body has been taken away by the forces.

Later in the morning, the Ministry of Health confirmed the death of Musa Diaa Zarour, 22, and Muhannad Affana, 20, who succumbed to their injuries sustained during the confrontations with Israeli occupation forces in the town.

In response to the tragic incident, the Abu Dis Girls School and the Arab Institute announced the suspension of in-person classes, shifting to remote learning to ensure the safety of students and as a mark of mourning for the two martyrs.
