Ammon News - Israeli Army Radio reported that Israel agreed to Washington's request to postpone ground entry into Gaza until additional US forces arrive.

There were disagreements between Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant regarding the date and form of the ground operation, Israel Hayom newspaper said.

For its part, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth said that there is a crisis of confidence between Netanyahu and the army leadership, and tense relations between him and Gallant hinder joint work.
