Ammon News - Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes late last night targeting civilian buildings in various areas across the Gaza Strip after midnight, with reports of casualties. The Israeli airstrikes caused significant damages to the targeted buildings and to infrastructure.

WAFA correspondent said Israeli warplanes struck with missiles a house belonging to the Abu Amsha family in the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in deaths and injuries among Palestinian civilians, including children and women.

Israeli warplanes also bombed with missiles the Al-Wattan Tower, a 12-story building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City, reducing it to rubble and causing significant damage to nearby buildings and shops. This is the second tower destroyed by Israeli airstrikes following yesterday's attack and complete destruction of the Palestine Tower.

Furthermore, airstrikes hit a residential building near the industrial intersection in the Al-Thalathini neighborhood in the south of Gaza City. The entire building was destroyed. Another house in Beit Lahia in the north of the Gaza Strip was also leveled to the ground by the airstrikes, as well as a building in Jabalia and a residential complex on Salah al-Din Street, just outside the Nusairat refugee camp.

In the early morning hours, Israeli warplanes launched a missile strike on the 12-floor Aklok Building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City. The building was completely destroyed.

The Israeli aggression on Gaza has continued for two consecutive days, resulting in more casualties among innocent civilians, destruction of their homes, properties, and public facilities. The total count of casualties since the start of the aggression on Saturday has reached 232, and the number is expected to increase as more victims are being pulled out from the rubble, and as Israeli airstrikes are continuing unabated.
