Ammon News - The Jordan Hotel Association (JHA) said on Thursday that the highest occupancy rates in hotels at the end of this week were in the Dead Sea with 94%.
JHA's Vice president and spokesperson, Hussein Hilalat, said that the average occupancy rates in Amman's hotels, reached 74%, in the Dead Sea 94%, in Petra 76%, and 79% in Aqaba, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.
Occupancy rates in the 5-star hotels stood at 90% in the Dead Sea, 81% in Aqaba, 71% in Amman, and 91% in Petra, according to data issued by the JHA.
The data also showed that the occupancy rates for 4-star hotels reached 79% in Aqaba, 98% in Dead Sea, 81% in Amman, and 74% in Petra.
Meanwhile, the data showed that the occupancy rates for 3-star hotels reached 70% in Amman, 63% in Petra, and 76% in Aqaba.
