Ammon News - Rescuers in Italy found, few days ago, the bodies of two women who jumped into a flowing stream to save their dog in the north of the country.

The two women, aged 54 and 60, jumped into the watercourse near the villaria glacier in the Lombardy region yesterday to rescue their dog after falling into it in the Sondrio region on the border with Switzerland, where the two women disappeared, the Italian Mountain Rescue Service confirmed.

There was no comment regarding the dog, which is likely to have drowned.
