Ammon News - The head of the Regional Council for West Bank Settlements, Yossi Dagan, submitted Wednesday a proposal to Benjamin Netanyahu to increase the number of Jewish settlers in the northern West Bank from about 170,000 currently to one million by 2050.

According to the Israeli Ynet website, the proposal includes constructing cities, industrial zones, a hospital, a railway and an airport.

The website reported that the settlement council had secretly hired the services of engineers and professional consultants to develop the plan.
