Ammon News - Sergio Busquets seems to be very happy with his arrival in Florida, not only because he is reunited with Lionel Messi, but also due to being an excellent place to live and raise his children.
Busquets, 35, purchased an $8.7 million residence in the area one day before participating in the conquest of Inter Miami's first title in franchise history, the Leagues Cup.
His new property is at an exclusive subdivision in Fort Lauderdale called The Real Deal.
The residence is built on a waterfront location in North Miami on 0.3 acres of land with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a three-car garage. In addition, the home has about 100 feet of lake frontage.
The subdivision is about five miles away from DRV PNK Stadium and even closer to Messi's residence.
