Media spokesperson for the Public Security Department said that officers gathered information on individuals who might be carrying out criminal activities related to drug trafficking in Zarqa before conducting raids on the suspects and seizing various amounts of narcotics. A separate raid in the southern Badia region has led to the arrest of a "wanted and dangerous" criminal, the spokesperson added.
