Ammon News - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has undertaken a comprehensive on-site visit to Yellow Door Energy, a prominent sustainable energy partner in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, to observe the manufacturing process for energy-efficient LED lighting units.
The LED lighting units are intended for use in the ministry's project to replace conventional street lighting units.
The primary objective of the visit was to oversee the company's operations, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards for the production of lighting units, and assess the projected quantities to be manufactured in the near future for the execution of replacing traditional lighting units with energy-efficient LED alternatives in Mafraq, Ajloun, and Jerash.
The ministry is actively engaged in the implementation of this project, which entails the replacement of 410,000 lighting units with LED alternatives across all governorates of the Kingdom.
