Ammon News - A Cabinet session held Sunday, headed by Prime Minister, Dr. Bishr Khasawneh, approved the mandating reasons for amendments to Judicial Allowances Bylaw for Public Security Directorate's (PSD) Personnel for 2023.

The system will then be sent to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau to complete procedures for issuing it in accordance with the rules in force.

The regulation aims to control double allowances paid to PSD judges based on 2015 Judicial Service System for Military Judges and its amendments.

In addition, Council of Ministers okayed the validating reasons for 2023 Administrative Organization Bylaw of the Hajj Fund.

The system seeks to reduce goal-based overlap of the fund's various levels, provide the necessary standards for measuring performance, and achieve the entity's vision by organizing the staff within clear legislative standards and foundations.
