Temps to rise 5-6 degrees above average for 3 days

Ammon News - Temperatures on Monday are forecast to be about 5-6 degrees Celsius higher than the usual rates for this time of year, bringing moderate weather across the country. However, certain areas such as the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience relatively hot weather.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), clouds will form at high altitudes, and the winds will be moderate, blowing from the northwest to the northeast.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, temperatures will increase further, leading to relatively hot weather in most areas and hot weather in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate to brisk easterly winds are expected, blowing dust in the desert.

In Amman and other highlands, peak temperatures are expected to be between 30-32 degrees Celsius, with nighttime lows of 19-17 degrees in the southern highlands. Aqaba will have warmer weather, with highs of 36C and lows of 25C.
