17 Jordanians return from Sudan via German evacuation

Ammon News - 17 Jordanians returned to the Kingdom on Thursday morning during an evacuation operation carried out by Germany from Sudan, according to the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ambassador Sinan Majali.

37 Jordanians had been evacuated until today the German campaign, Majali said during a press statement at Marka Airport.

He added that there are Jordanians who were previously evacuated during the campaigns of friendly countries, as 20 Jordanians returned to the Kingdom during an evacuation operation previously carried out by Germany from Sudan.

He pointed out that several countries have taken Jordan as a base for launching evacuation flights for their nationals from Sudan.
