Ammon News - Early detection of breast cancer is critical to increasing the chances of survival. Therefore, annual exams and regular breast exams can save many lives. And with new Assistant features, Google is trying to help make that happen.
If you've stalled your checks, you can now ask Google Assistant to remind you. All you have to do is ask the AI assistant to set an annual reminder for your breast exam on a convenient date of your choosing.
You can also ask your assistant to tell you more about breast cancer by asking them to explain some breast cancer awareness facts, or to tell you more about Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Through these inquiries, your assistant will provide you with facts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about the critical importance of early detection and mammography to saving lives.
During October, Google Assistant will answer common daily questions such as “What’s up?” and “How are you?” with information about breast cancer to raise awareness and most importantly offer hope to patients.
"For the millions who use Google Assistant, we want to make it easy to find this information, and by doing so, we provide something that has the same meaning: a place to start, a spark of hope," Google says in a post.
