Ammon News - The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) has participated in the Jordanian-Algerian Investment Forum and the first session of the joint Jordanian-Algerian Business Council.

The two events kicked off Saturday and were organized by the Jordanian Businessmen Association in collaboration with the National Confederation of Algerian Employers (CNPA).

The JFDZG's Chairman Khalaf Hmeisat emphasized the importance of the Algerian confederation's delegation to enhance economic cooperation in various investment activities, according to a JFDZG statement issued Sunday.

Hmeisat briefed the delegation on the establishment and development of Jordanian free and development zones and investment opportunities.

Algeria is currently establishing free zones, thus requiring interconnections with the Algerian regulatory commission to benefit from Jordanian expertise in the field, the statement added.
