Ammon News - A Jordanian-Saudi memorandum of understanding meant to enhance legal and judicial training was published in the Official Gazette.
Approved by the Cabinet on June 1 and signed in Casablanca, Morocco, on June 28, the memo was signed by the Jordanian Public Prosecution and the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.
The memo aims to enhance scientific cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of legal and judicial training over three years, to be renewed automatically, unless any of the parties wishes not to renew.
The agreement stipulated that fields of cooperation include holding conferences, training courses, scientific seminars, meetings and academic programmes on topics of common interest, as well as the exchange of publications, studies and legal and judicial research.
