Ammon News - Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Bagheri-Kani Sunday said that Tehran has responded to the proposal of the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, to reinvigorate the 2015 nuclear deal.
