Prices of fuel derivatives see increase in August

Ammon News - The government’s fuel pricing committee on Sunday decided to raise the prices of a number of fuel derivatives for August.

The price of one litre of unleaded 90-octane gasoline, diesel and kerosene went up by JD0.35 in August, according to an Energy Ministry statement.

Meanwhile, the price per litre of 95-octane gasoline has been increased by JD.060 in August, the statement added.

The price of one litre of unleaded 90-octane gasoline will sell at JD0.990 in August, compared to JD0.955 in July.

The price per litre of 95-octane gasoline has been increased to JD1.300 in August, compared with JD1.240 in July.

The price of one litre of diesel and kerosene will sell at JD0.755 each in August, against JD0.720 in July, and the price of gas cylinders will remain unchanged at JD7.
