Ammon News - The First International Exhibition for Jordanian Universities concluded in Cairo on Wednesday, aimed to spur Egyptian students to enroll in Jordanian universities and promote educational tourism.
Touring its venues, Jordanian Consul in Cairo, Yousef El-Kloub, said the mission, in cooperation with all stakeholders and Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), is seeking to promote Jordan in education and tourism fields.
This exhibition is a first step for a broader openness towards the Egyptian market, which seeks to attracting Egyptian students to study in Jordan to meet the labor market's needs, El-Kloub added.
For his part, Cultural Attaché, Fawzi Abu Fares, said the exhibition is "a distinguished" opportunity aimed to promote educational tourism that showcases long-standing Jordanian educational system that provides studies programs that suit the labor market's needs.
Abu Fares also said cultural exchange with Egypt is at its "highest" levels, and the embassy facilitates all procedures for Jordanian students enrolled at Egyptian universities.
