Ammon News - The Red Wave 5 naval drill commenced on Sunday in Saudi Arabia with the participation of countries overlooking the Red Sea: Egypt, Sudan, Djibouti, Yemen, Somalia and Jordan.

Jordan’s Royal Naval Force and naval boats are participating in the drill, which is expected to continue until Thursday, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The participation of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army in the drill is part of its training and security strategy to enhance military cooperation with other countries.
