JFDA delegation in Netherlands for food inspection cooperation

Ammon News - A delegation from the Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) has discussed with Dutch food safety officials prospects of joint cooperation between the two countries regarding food safety and control systems.

The delegation, led by JFDA Director-General Nizar Mheidat, has held talks with officials at the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority on issues related to pesticide residues and veterinary medicines control, border crossings control, the traceability of food, agricultural and animal products from farm to table and risk assessment of plant and animal products.
