Ammon News - The prices of oil derivatives in global markets have risen in the third week of April, according to data released on Monday by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

The ministry's figures showed that the price of 90-octane gasoline went up by 6.4 percent, going from $1020.1 per ton in the second week of April to $1085.8, while the price of 95-octane gasoline rose from $1049.7 per ton to $1123.3 per ton, an increase of 7 percent.

Diesel prices also increased by 4.8 percent going from $1053.4 per ton to $1104, while the prices of kerosene rose by 5.5 percent, from $1099.5 to $1159.9 per ton.

The prices of liquefied gas this month picked up by 4.5 percent, going from $913.8 in March to $955 per ton. Meanwhile, Benchmark Brent crude prices also rose in the third week of the current month, from $104.3 to $105.7 per barrel.
