The agreement aims to activate the DOA's Anti-Trafficking Division and develop the appropriate tools to hold training courses in combating illegal trafficking of cultural property, in addition to supporting the DOA's efforts to inventory confiscated antiquities in the Kingdom, Aaccording to a DoA statement issued Wednesday. The agreement was signed by the DOA Director General, Fadi Balawi, and ACOR Executive Director Pearce Paul Creasman, and the signing ceremony was attended by staff members from both sides.

Ammon News - The Department of Antiquities (DOA) and the American Center of Research (ACOR) signed an agreement to combat illegal trafficking of cultural property.
