Princess Muna opens clinical simulation, computer centers at JNC

Ammon News - Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al Hussein, President of the Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC), inaugurated, on Wednesday, the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center, and the Computer and Capacity Building Center at the council.

The Secretary-General of the Council, Hani Nawafleh, said that the creation of the two centers aims to enhance the response to the training and educational needs of health professionals locally, regionally and internationally. He pointed out that the Clinical Skills and Simulation Center is supported by the Ministries of Planning and Health under a grant from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.

Nawafleh explained that the center is equipped with devices that simulate various medical cases and scenarios, such as adult or pediatric emergencies, natural birth simulators, and more. He also indicated that the computer center will be used to hold medical examinations and to contribute to strengthening the capacity-building of nursing staffs.
