Ammon News - The Arab Federation for Sports Culture in Amman, Jordan, has honored Fahd Bin Falah Bin Hathleen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Camel Club, founder, and president of the International Camel Organization, with the Arab Sports Personality Award, within the Arab Federation Awards for the year 2021, SPA reported.
The honoring ceremony, which was organized by the Jordanian Society for Sports Culture, was held under the patronage of the Jordanian Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, under the supervision of the Arab Federation for Sports Culture.
Dr. Mubarak Al-Suwailem, the secretary-general of the International Camel Organization, received the award on behalf of Bin Hathleen, as he expressed the latter’s appreciation to the Jordanian Prime Minister, the president of the Arab Federation, and its employees for this honoring, which comes in recognition of the efforts in the camel sector, according to SPA.
The Arab Federation for Sports Culture had announced the names of the winners of its annual awards for the year 2021, in a press conference patronized and attended by Ashraf Sobhi, Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports and head of the executive office of the Council of Arab Youth and Sports Ministers, and senior ministry officials and journalists.
Ashraf Mahmoud, president of the Federation, confirmed that the award represents recognition and appreciation to everyone who supports and preserves Arab sports.
The International Camel Organization, which was founded and headed by Fahd Bin Falah Bin Hathleen, includes in its membership 105 countries from across the world and aims to preserve the authentic Arab heritage and serve and develop the camel sector.
