Ammon News - A workshop on the legal guarantees for juveniles during the proceedings of the State Security Court was concluded on Sunday.

Supported by the British embassy, the two-day event was coordinated by the Legal Aid Justice Centre in cooperation with the military judiciary body and the national committee for combating drugs and psychotropic substances, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The workshop aimed to enhance the capabilities of the participants from the military judiciary body in applying international standards in the juvenile justice system and the national legislative frameworks to ensure fair proceedings for juveniles.
