KAUH designates 118 Covid ICU, isolation beds

Ammon News - The King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) Tuesday announced it is allocating 118 ICU and isolation beds amid a surge in Covid-19 cases in the Kingdom.

"This step came due to soaring Covid-19 cases and as a commitment by the hospital to offer best health service", KAUH Director General Mohammad Ghazou told Petra.

New beds have been distributed, 31 for the ICU ward and 87 for isolation, he noted, adding that it is business as usual at the hospital's various departments and outpatient clinics.
