Safadi, who is also the deputy prime minister, praised the US for its support for Jordan, highlighting its importance for the Kingdom’s development efforts, as well as its efforts in grappling with the challenges of hosting refugees. The US delegation reiterated the two countries’ "strategic relations" and Washington’s keenness to continue supporting the Kingdom. They lauded Jordan for its contribution to upholding regional security and stability.
