Ammon News - Tracy Wilson's two-year-old Rottweiler Thor regularly tears her house to pieces and looks 'proud as punch' at his efforts - but he gets away with it by being so cute.

A destructive doggo has been left feeling proud as punch, after mischievously causing carnage in his owner's home.

Two-year-old Rottweiler Thor has created thousands of pounds worth of damage at his home in Portsmouth, after being adopted by Tracy Wilson when he was just eight weeks old.

But, not only does he destroy items within an inch of their life, he also looks so proud of himself for doing so; which is all part of his cheeky personality that makes him so lovable.

Tracy, who is in the Royal Navy, said: "Thor certainly has a personality, that's for sure. He is so naughty and cheeky you can't help but laugh at him. Especially as when he does something he shouldn't, he looks so proud of himself."

Most recently, the mischievous dog destroyed his brand new £100 memory foam mattress, taking Tracy more than six hours to clean up the tiny shredded pieces of foam.

"I bought him a new memory foam mattress, which cost me £100, so he could have a really comfy bed. The first night he had it he just completely ignored it until I went to work the next day," the 39-year-old recalled.

"When I got home from work, I walked in to utter carnage. There was memory foam absolutely everywhere, it was like a sea of foam on the carpet.

"I was in shock. I couldn't believe what I had walked into. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry so I just sat on the ground in the middle of all the mess."

As Tracy sat on the floor contemplating how she was going to clean up the mess he had created, Thor came bounding in looking ever so proud of himself.

When she made a start at clearing up, Thor thought she was playing a game and started rolling around in the foam.

She said: "I didn't even know where to start with tidying up. Once I'd made a start, Thor then thought I was playing so was messing around with the foam even more and not letting me clear up.

"So I had to wait until he was asleep. It took me a total of six hours to clear it, there were tiny pieces of foam everywhere.

"Since we have had Thor he has been causing mischief in the house. When he was a few months old he ripped up a soft dog-shaped doorstop I had.

"He has also wrecked my garden, dug holes and gotten himself caked in mud, destroyed cushions on my sofa, and he even stole a traffic cone when out on a walk and brought it home with him."

Fortunately, Tracy is able to see the funny side as Thor manages to win everyone over with his cheeky and loving personality.

"He is hilarious because he pulls the funniest facial expressions. He is such a mischievous dog but he is a gentle giant too," she said.
