Ammon News - The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip on Monday announced that 5 new COVID-19 fatalities and 314 new cases were recorded during the last 24 hours.

In a daily brief on COVID-19 in the coastal enclave, the ministry said that a total of 889 coronavirus patients have recovered, and 1,576 PCR tests were conducted.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in the strip reached 182,393, while the death toll hit 1,543 deaths, it added. The report said 168 cases needed hospitalization and 107 were serious or critical.
