Ammon News - Lebanon Vice Prime Minister, Caretaker Minister of National Defense, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Zeina Akar on Thursday met with the Jordanian Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Al-Hadid, with whom she discussed the outcome of her visit to Jordan, as well as bilateral relations between the two countries, NNA reported.

Talks also touched on the five planes, which had arrived successively to Lebanon from Jordan loaded with aid — medicines, medical supplies, etc…, from the Jordanian King and people to the Lebanese army and people.

Akar thanked "the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and King Abdullah II of Jordan for their quick response, and for supporting Lebanon to help it overcome its crises.
