Ammon News - The Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip said Saturday it recorded 1 coronavirus death and 75 cases in the last 24 hours.
It also said in its daily report on the pandemic that 122 Covid-19 patients have recovered.
It said the new infections raised the caseload to 115,031, including 112,117 recoveries, and the death toll climbed to 1,074.
According to the report, the total number of cases that needed hospitalization stood at 45, including 29 critical or serious cases.
