Saudi Arabia offers grant to develop electrical network in Azraq refugee camp

Ammon News - The Saudi Embassy in Amman announced Wednesday, a grant of 34.5 million Saudi riyals to develop the electrical network in Azraq refugee camp east of the Kingdom.

In a statement, the Saudi Ambassador, Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairy, said the project to develop electrical network in Azraq camp, offered as a grant through the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD)'s action strategy, comes within the framework of supporting Syrian refugees and the hosting communities in Jordan.

The project is an extension of projects and programs that include road infrastructure, water, sewage, electricity, health, educational and living requirements, and shelter rehabilitation, according to the Embassy's statement.
