Ammon News - China announced Saturday that it had provided more than 990.25 million doses of coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccines across the country as of Friday.

According to a statement, the Chinese National Health Commission pledged to ensure the stable supply of vaccines and continue to facilitate mass vaccination.

In a related development, the committee said that the Chinese mainland recorded 30 new infections with the Coronavirus, including 6 locally infected cases.

The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases on the mainland had reached 91,564 as of Friday evening, including 503 patients receiving treatment, 21 of whom were in serious condition.

Also, in the mainland, 86,425 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery, while 4,636 people died of the virus.
