Ammon News - Mamon Al-Adwan - According to the indictment against Bassem Awaddallah and Sharif Hassan Bin Zaid which has been approved by the Public Prosecutor of State Security Court on Sunday, the charges included possession of narcotics according to Article 9/A of NARCOTICS DRUG AND PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCE LAW no. 23 for the year 2016
The charges also included incitement against the political regime in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan according to article 1/149 of criminal law no. 16 for the year 1960 and its amendments.
The indicement also involves undertaking actions that threaten the safety and security of society according to article 2 and 7 of terrorism law 55 for the year 2006 and its amendments. |
