The Israeli authorities have informed the Jordanian embassy in Tel Aviv that procedures for the citizen's release are in their final stages, Fayez pointed out. In a press statement, Fayez said the detained citizen will be released and transferred to King Hussein Bridge once all procedures are completed, adding that Abu Jaber expressed desire to return to the Kingdom. To facilitate the detainee's return, Fayez said the Jordanian embassy has issued all the required documents and handed them over to the Israeli side, adding that Abu Jaber's release is expected to take place within the next few days.
