Agricultural Producers' Price Index down 17% in Q1 of 2021

Ammon News - The Agricultural Producers Prices Index dropped by 17.6% in the first quarter of 2021 reaching 98.1 points compared with 119 points during the same period of last year, according to data issued by the Department of Statistics (DoS) Tuesday.

On a monthly level, the index for March of 2021 went down by 22.7% reaching 111.3 points compared to 144.1 during the same month of 2020.

Comparing February to March of 2021, the index for March picked up by 9.4 reaching 111.3 points compared to 106.1 in February.
